Size and access change how the job gets worked
A motorhome isn't just a bigger car. The roof line sits well above where a ladder normally lives on a passenger vehicle, so a wash actually starts with getting equipment safely up top rather than just reaching over a hood. Slide-outs add their own step too, the seals and the tracks they ride on collect road grime that a straight sidewall never sees.
That access work is most of why an RV visit runs longer than a car wash. The panel area alone on a motorhome or trailer is several times what's on a truck, and every foot of it gets the same hand attention, not a quick pass with a mitt.

Foam wash and oxidation on fiberglass caps and sidewalls
RVs foam up before anything else touches them, a thick coat left to sit and loosen the road film and bug strikes off the front cap and sidewalls before a hand wash follows it. That soak step matters more here than on a car, fiberglass caps pick up grime differently than painted steel and don't forgive a wash that skips straight to scrubbing.
Fiberglass also oxidizes, the same chalky fade that shows up on a boat hull shows up on a front cap or a sidewall that's gone too long between washes. Correction on an RV panel follows the same logic: wash and decontaminate, work the oxidation out, then polish and protect so the gloss holds instead of fading right back.
Interiors
The inside of a motorhome or trailer gets lived in on the road, dust through the vents, road grime tracked in at the door, upholstery and cabinetry that don't get the daily wipe-down a house does. An interior detail covers the cab and the living area both, vacuumed, wiped down, and cleaned out the way the rest of the rig gets treated outside.
