Ceramic Coatings
We correct the paint first, since a coating locks in whatever is already on the surface, swirls included. Once the paint is right, a bonded ceramic layer goes on for gloss, a hydrophobic finish that sheds water, and UV and chemical resistance. It won't stop every scratch, which is why the correction step comes first, not after.
